Use of the site
- You may create, copy, export, adapt, and use generated palettes and tool outputs in personal, educational, and commercial projects, without attribution.
- Generated color combinations are not exclusive to you and may resemble palettes created by others.
- You are responsible for reviewing exported colors, accessibility, brand fit, and legal requirements before publishing your work.
Acceptable use
- Do not attack, scrape abusively, disrupt, reverse engineer protected areas, or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Do not use the site to create or promote illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or otherwise restricted content.
- Do not copy the PalettePulse interface, brand, or content as your own competing service without permission.
Intellectual property
The PalettePulse name, interface, and original content are owned by us. The application source is released under the MIT license; colors and palettes you generate are yours to use freely.
Advertising and third-party links
The site may display ads and link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. See our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Accessibility and contrast results are estimates and do not replace professional testing. See the full Disclaimer.
